Olbia can be reached by plane or by ship; entrance to the hotel is scheduled in the afternoon.
Those arriving by plane and using hotel accommodation can also ask the Organization for a transfer from the airport to the hotel where they have been assigned.
Those arriving by ship can ask for a room even in the morning: it will be given to them if available.
Briefing for the presentation of the event at 5.00 pm in the Grand Hotel President****s in Olbia where is also the delivery of the back numbers from 4.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
